Instruction
* Twist the lock's star dial until the end of security cable stickets out.
* Hold the wire lock's star disl firmly,but allow the black plastic base to rotate   freely.Take hold of the end of security  cable and pull it out to the hilt,Loop the security cable around the equipment you wish to secure.
* Thread the end of the security cable through one of the four FIX opening in the safety     disk.Pull tight.Then,form a     second loop arounf a stationary object,to lock the object in place,and then thread the security cable through one of the two remaining FIX openings.Pull the security cable tight.
* To release the rathet pins,unlock with the key provided.
* Pull out the security cable through the FIX opening.Do not remove the key until the   security cable has been pulled out completely.
* After use,you can stow the cable by winding it around the spool.Firmly take hold of the     star dial and twist the black plastic base in either direction until the cable is out of   the way.
